PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for establishing ultrasonic wave irradiation plan based on anatomical property is provided to establish optimal ultrasonic wave irradiation plan using computer simulation. CONSTITUTION: A method for establishing ultrasonic wave irradiation plan based on anatomical property comprises: a step of inputting image data with anatomical property of a subject; a step of generating information of one or more parts to be examined from the image data based on the anatomic property; and a step of establishing the ultrasonic wave irradiation plan by simulation of ultrasonic wave irradiation using the generated information. The step of generating information comprises a step of designating one or more among a first part for irradiating the subject with the ultrasonic wave, a second part in which ultrasonic wave is avoided; and a third part which interferes progress of the ultrasonic wave.
