LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode display device is provided to improve the quality of an image by reducing the deviation of a threshold voltage between driving switching devices. CONSTITUTION: A data switching device(Tr_DS) is connected between a data line and a first node. A merge switching device is connected between the first node and a second node. An initial switching device(Tr_IT) is connected between a third node(N3) and a reference line to transmit a reference voltage. A sense switching device is connected between the second node and the third node. A driving switching device(Tr_DR) is connected between a fourth node and a fifth node. A light emitting control switching device is controlled according to a light emitting control signal from a light emitting control line. A light emitting diode is connected between the fifth node and a second driving line to transmit a second driving voltage. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between the first node and the third node. A second capacitor is connected between the third node and the fourth node.
