PURPOSE: A safety clip razor cartridge and a razor using the same are provided to obtain safety of a user without degrading shaving efficiency and to improve productivity by conveniently assembling. CONSTITUTION: A safety clip razor cartridge comprises a blade(200), a blade housing(100), a safety clip(300), and a cover housing(400). The blade cuts body hair. The blade is accommodated in the blade housing. The safety clip covers an upper part of the blade in a predetermined interval. The safety clip is connected to the blade housing. The cover housing includes a hollow unit(420) in which the safety clip is accommodated. The cover housing is connected to the blade housing.
