PURPOSE: A smart health care system for digital stethoscope based remote auscultation treatment and an operation method thereof are provided to perform remote treatment between a patient and a doctor, thereby easily supplying the remote treatment to the patient in anywhere. CONSTITUTION: A digital stethoscope(10) records an auscultation sound and digitizes the same. A smart phone(20) stores auscultation data with a name of a patient, a measured position, and a measurement date. A doctor terminal(30) confirms a treatment request through server access and writes a medical chart after receiving the auscultation data. The doctor terminal performs auscultation treatment for the patient in a remote position. A server(100) receives treatment request information by using a treatment request chart and the auscultation data and completes a treatment chart information table.
