PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a light apparatus having the same are provided to increase light orientation angle by forming a light emitting chip, a first body, and a second body. CONSTITUTION: A first body is arranged around the upper surface of a lead frame(121,131). A second body is arranged on the first body. The second body has a first opening. A light emitting chip(161) is arranged in the upper part of the lead frame. A first transparent resin layer(171) surrounds the light emitting chip. |
