PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce an external light reflection rate by forming a light shielding layer including a transparent resin and a black pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode layer is formed on a thin film transistor. An organic light emitting layer(140) is formed on the first electrode layer. A second electrode layer is formed on the organic light emitting layer. A light shielding layer(160) includes a black pattern. A polarization layer(170) is formed on the light shielding layer.
