PURPOSE: An actuator is provided to do a repetitive seesawing without or with minimum energy or power supplied from the outside and use the seesawing which is newly structured to be able to work outside by using a ball in which is a heavy body ejected from a seesaw when seesawing and fall down. CONSTITUTION: An actuator using a seesawing comprises a pair of outside bucket conveyers(100) which is pitch-transferred by seesawing of a seesaw arm; a pair of inner side bucket conveyers(200) which is pitch-transferred by seesawing of the seesaw arm; a pair of fixed bucket conveyers(300) which descends and rotates by the weight of a ball; a bottom rail(140) moving the ejected ball to a bottom position of the inner side bucket conveyer; an upper rail(160) moving the ejected ball to an upper end of the outside bucket conveyer; a fixed waiting box supplying the ball when the seesaw arm ascends; an elevating waiting box delivering the ball to the fixed waiting box in the bottom position of the seesaw arm; and a pitch transfer device converting the seesawing of the seesaw arm into the pitch transferring of the outside bucket conveyer and the inner side bucket conveyer and rotating for one pitch, respectively.
