PURPOSE: A power generator including an accelerator for a speed bump is provided to improve a power generation amount by accelerating a rotary shaft rotating the power generator with virtual pressure of an elastic member and an inclination angle of a push plate. CONSTITUTION: A power generator including an accelerator for a speed bump comprises a plurality of push plates(10,10',10''), a plurality of connection members(11,11'.11''), a driving shaft(15), a first direction clutch bearing(20), a rotation driving unit(30), a belt(40), a rotation driven unit(50), a second direction clutch bearing(60), a rotary shaft(75), a power generator(80), and an elastic member(90). The push plates and the connection members are mutually connected, and the driving shaft is individually connected to the end of the connection members. The first direction clutch bearing is individually connected to the driving shaft, and the rotation driving unit is connected to an outer circumference of the first direction clutch bearing. The belt connects the rotation driving units, and the rotation driven unit is connected by the belt. The second direction clutch bearing is connected to the rotation driven unit, and the rotary shaft is connected to an inner circumference of the clutch bearing. The power generator is connected to the rotary shaft, and the elastic member is attached to the lower part of the push plate.
