<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unbalance rate detection device for detecting an unbalance rate by simple arithmetic processing. <P>SOLUTION: An unbalance rate detection device 1 for detecting the unbalance rate of three-phase currents includes: a three-phase/two-phase conversion part 21 for converting detected three phase voltage signals into an α-axial voltage signal and a β-axial voltage signal; a positive phase extraction part 22 for extracting a positive phase signal from the α-axial voltage signal and β-axial voltage signal by using the following matrix; an anti-phase extraction part 23 for extracting an anti-phase signal by using a matrix obtained by replacing (1, 2) elements and (2, 1) elements of the following matrix; and an unbalance rate calculation part 24 for calculating an unbalance rate from the extracted positive phase signal and anti-phase signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
