<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding structure of a lens and a shade without fear of generating scorching and an unmelted section at either end of a welding section even in case irradiation blurring of laser light is generated. <P>SOLUTION: In a vehicular lamp fitting 1, a flange section 2a is arranged on a peripheral edge of the lens 2, and the welding section 5, a dowel 6, and a pin 7 are protruded at an end face of the shade 3. The welding section 5 is melted with the laser light penetrating the flange section 2a, the lens 2 is positioned with the dowel 6 in an optical axis direction, and the lens 2 is welded to the shade 3 with melting resin of the welding section 5. A transparent section 10 is arranged at the flange section 2a at a site overlapped with the welding section 5, and a diffusion section 11 is arranged at the flange section 2a at a site not overlapped with the welding section 5. The diffusion section 11 can eliminate fear of scorching and the unmelted section on both ends of the welding section 5 by diffusing laser light dislocated from the welding section 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
