<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide structure with a temperature regulating flow path that can considerably shorten the rising/falling time of temperature compared with the heat absorbing/generating effect of a Peltier element, that is, can shorten one cycle of a PCR reaction from units of several minutes to units of several seconds, and to simultaneously attains a monomolecular observation technique of DNA and cells in a reaction part. <P>SOLUTION: A slide 1 is formed with a groove serving as a temperature regulating flow path 8 of liquid, on the rear face of a silicon plate 2, and sheet-like glass 3 for blocking the groove is fixed to the silicon plate 2 to form the temperature regulating flow path 8. The slide 1 is formed with a reaction chamber 5 for storing DNA, cells, etc., and a supply port 10 and a drain port 11 communicating with the temperature regulating flow path 8. The supply port 10 is connected to a temperature regulating fluid supply means, and a fluid flows from the supply port 10 to the drain port 11 to regulate the temperature of a reaction part 7 in an instant. The sheet-like glass 3 has a thickness of 0.17 mm, and the reaction part 7 can be observed with an immersion objective lens. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
