<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate with holes which is excellent in terms of the form accuracy of each hole formed by laser machining, and the adhesion of laminated metal layers, and to provide a laminate with holes obtained by the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a laminate 20 with holes comprises: a step for laser-machining a pre-machining laminate 10 which has, on a substrate, a first metal layer 14, an underlying layer 16 including a resin and metal oxide particles, and a plated layer 18 having a group which interacts with a plating catalyst or a precursor thereof in this order; and a hole formation step for forming holes 22 extending from the surface of the pre-machining laminate 10 on the side of the plated layer 18 to a surface of the first metal layer 14. The Young's modulus of the underlying layer 16 is 2.00-4.00 GPa. The average primary particle diameter of the metal oxide particles is 100 nm or less. In the underlying layer 16, the content of the metal oxide particles is 5-30 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
