<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-electric composite connector in which reduction of assembling time or the like can be realized by clearly changing resin to be applied to one part and resin to be applied to other parts. <P>SOLUTION: A photo-electric composite connector comprises: a first recess in which a first type component is arranged; a second recess in which a second type component is arranged; and a partition which is disposed between the first recess and the second recess. The first recess is sealed by using a first resin and the second recess is sealed by using a second resin after the first recess is sealed by using the first resin.
