<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-board unit holder in which an installation height of an on-board unit can be suppressed low. <P>SOLUTION: The on-board unit holder has a resin-made base portion 11, a rubber-made ball holding portion 12 attached to the resin-made base portion, and an attachment member 13 inserted into the ball holding portion. The resin-made base portion has a base portion 14 and a hollow case portion projected toward an upper surface side of the base portion. The case portion has an opening portion 15b in front thereof. The ball holding portion 12 is accommodated into a case portion and has a spherical concave portion opening at a position facing the opening portion 15b.
