<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly branched rubber-modified styrenic resin composition for blow molding containing a branched ultrahigh molecular weight copolymer and excellent in a balance of melt tension and melt stretchability; and to provide a large-sized blow molded article using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The highly branched rubber-modified styrenic resin composition for blow molding is formed by continuously feeding and polymerizing a raw material solution in which 100 to 3,000 ppm in terms of weight of a solvent-soluble polyfunctional vinyl compound copolymer having two or more vinyl groups in one molecule thereof and having a branched structure is continuously added to a monovinyl compound containing as an essential component styrene having a rubber component dissolved therein, in a polymerization reactor, and contains a highly branched ultrahigh molecular weight copolymer produced by polymerizing the solvent-soluble polyfunctional vinyl compound copolymer and the monovinyl compound, and a linear polymer produced by polymerizing the monovinyl compound, wherein Mw is 150,000 to 400,000; Mz/Mw is 2.2 to 5.0; and the branch ratio gM at the molecular weight of 1,000,000 to 1,500,000 is 0.85 to 0.40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
