<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure internal resistance of a secondary battery in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: An internal resistance measuring apparatus 1 which measures internal resistance of a secondary battery B has: estimation means 1a for estimating polarization voltage on the basis of temporal change of voltage of the secondary battery after stopping charge and discharge; electric conduction means 1b for conducting charge current or discharge current to the secondary battery; detection means 1c for detecting voltage and current when the current is conducted to the secondary battery by the electric conduction means; and calculation means 1d for calculating the internal resistance of the secondary battery on the basis of a value of voltage change due to electric conduction of the secondary battery calculated by excluding an influence of the polarization voltage estimated by the estimation means from the voltage detected by the detection means, and a value of the current detected by the detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
