摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages caused by interference between a segment coil already inserted into a slot and a segment coil being inserted into the slot to prevent plastic deformation of the segment coil. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a stator, a plurality of segment coils 9(9A) are sequentially inserted into a plurality of slots 10a of a stator core 10. The segment coil 9(9A) comprises a straight part 11 inserted into the slot 10a and a gripped part gripped by gripping means 32, 33. In a process where the straight parts 11 of the segment coils 9A are sequentially inserted into the slot 10a, the straight part 11 of the segment coil 9A is deformed toward an inner side of the radial direction of the stator core 10 to be inserted into the slot 10a. A gripping force of the gripping means 32, 33 is set to equal to or less than a force by which the segment coil 9A is plastically deformed. In the slot 10a, a blade 41 intervenes between the straight part 11 of the segment coil 9 having been inserted and the straight part 11 of the segment coil 9A to be inserted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
