<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desorbed organic matter analysis method and a desorbed organic matter analysis device for highly accurately analyzing even a desorbed organic matter which is desorbed from a sample whose temperature has risen under high vacuum, and for carrying out even its identification and estimation. <P>SOLUTION: A desorbed organic matter analysis device 100 includes: a sample chamber 10 in which a sample is set; decompression means 12 for decompressing the inside of the sample chamber 10; heating means 14 for heating the sample in the sample chamber 10; gas introduction means 16 for introducing a carrier gas to the sample chamber 10; and analysis means 18 for analyzing a desorbed organic matter which has been desorbed from the sample. The sample chamber 10 is connected via a sample supply pipe 32 to the analysis means 18. Also, the desorbed organic matter analysis method includes: a process of desorbing a desorbed organic matter by rising a temperature of a sample in a sample chamber 10 whose inside has been decompressed; a process of introducing a carrier gas to the sample chamber 10 to make the carrier gas contain the desorbed organic matter; a process of supplying the carrier gas containing the desorbed organic matter to analysis means 18; and a process of analyzing the desorbed organic matter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
