Provided is a power conversion device having no mutual interference between an on-pulse bias voltage and a neutral-point bias voltage. This power conversion device (1) comprises a polarity determination unit (8) that determines the polarity of the neutral-point bias voltage (VNPC) calculated by a neutral-point potential fluctuation suppression control unit (3) in a voltage command value control circuit (3); and selects the polarity of the on-pulse bias voltage (VMPC) using an on-pulse control unit (5), on the basis of this neutral-point bias voltage (VNPC) polarity. As a result, the polarity of the neutral-point bias voltage (VNPC) and the on-pulse bias voltage (VMPC) differ, and mutual interference between the bias voltages is suppressed.
