PURPOSE: An aspheric optical lens for a display device and an LED display device using the same are provided to reduce power consumption by doubling luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A plate part(110) is connected to an LED lamp device. A lens part protrudes from the plate part. An outer part protrudes to one side of the plate part. An inner part(123) is inserted into the other side of the plate part and controls a display angle of an LED source.
