摘要 Provided is an exercise measurement device using an air cushion, with which it is possible to accurately measure how large a load is being applied regardless of the area or site where the load is applied, the degree of the load fluctuation which the sensor senses is sufficiently large vis-à-vis noise, manufacture is easy and inexpensive, space for installing pressure sensors and switch valves can easily be secured, and maintenance is easy. The exercise measurement device comprises an air chamber for support which is separated into airtight left and right chambers below two foot plates for pressing with left and right feet respectively. By either measuring a degree of location change near the center of each respective foot plate or measuring a pressure change within an air chamber for measurement which is disposed near the center of the respective foot plates, the load which is applied to the foot plates is estimated and calculated. Based on the load data, the number of steps, speed walked or run, distance walked or run, energy consumed, etc., of a walk or running exercise, etc. which a user is carrying out on the foot plates are virtually computed, with the computed results displayed.
