<p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel sensor unit-actuating mechanism which allows a sensor unit to be smoothly extruded and retracted even if the frame is thin, and which has a structure that can accommodate the forceful depression of the sensor unit by, for example, a playing child. The present invention is provided with a frame (2), a sensor unit (3) having an optical sensor (41), a spring member (6) extending in a Y-direction, actuators (5, 15) that contract in resistance to the restoring force of the spring member (6) when a current is supplied thereto, and a guide member (17) for rectilinearly moving the sensor unit (3) in the X-direction. When a current is supplied to the actuator (5), the sensor unit (3) is rectilinearly moved from inside the frame (2) to a measurement position, and using the current supplied to the actuator (15), the sensor unit (3) is rectilinearly moved from a measurement position to inside the frame (2) and stored.</p> |
