<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy absorption performance on impact, while securing rigidity of a mounting part of a striker. <P>SOLUTION: A lock reinforcement 30 is disposed at a vehicle lower side in front of a hood inner panel 24. The lock reinforcement 30 includes: a thick plate member 32 arranged at a vehicle front side; and a thin plate member 34 that is arranged at a vehicle rear side of the thick plate member 32 and of which the thickness is thinner than that of the thick plate member 32, in which the plate members are bonded.
