摘要 Solar cells use glass (23) as a substrate, coated with a transparent conductive layer (21), to collect the electric energy generated by the solar cell. This layer (21), generally of TCO, has limited conductivity, making current collecting lines necessary, which are of complex application. The conductivity of this conductive layer (21) is increased by applying a structure, in particular a small square, of fine conductive lines (22) inserted into grooves in the surface of the glass (23), or applied directly onto the glass, then coated with a TCO layer (21). This small, highly conductive square (22) collects electricity from the TCO layer (21) and directs it to the periphery of the cell. Both glass substrates are sealed by a process that uses a glass precursor that surrounds the entire outer perimeter of the substrate. The glass precursor is laser heated until it melts, completely sealing the two substrates of the module.
