PURPOSE: A negative pressure control method of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of sensors applied to the negative pressure control device of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A negative pressure control method of a vehicle comprises the following steps: detecting whether the negative pressure of a brake booster is greater than a predetermined level when operating a brake pedal; detecting an oil pressure variation rate due to the operation of a pedal when the negative pressure of the brake booster is not greater than the predetermined level; calculating a required braking force according to the oil pressure variation rate; determining whether the required braking force is greater than the oil pressure generated by operating the pedal; additionally generating oil pressure by the level of oil pressure generation difference; and braking by delivering the oil pressure generation and additional oil pressure to a wheel brake.
