摘要 <p>Exhaust purifying performance is improved by fully utilizing the oxygen concentration detection performance of an O2 sensor disposed downstream of a three-way catalyst. An internal combustion engine control apparatus for controlling an internal combustion engine provided with a three-way catalyst disposed in an exhaust route, an air-fuel ratio sensor disposed upstream of the three-way catalyst, and an oxygen concentration sensor disposed downstream of the three-way catalyst is provided with: a first F/B control means that performs a first F/B control for converging the air-fuel ratio of gas that flows into the three-way catalyst to a target air-fuel ratio on the basis of an output value from the air-fuel ratio sensor; a second F/B control means that performs a second F/B control for correcting the target air-fuel ratio or the output value from the air-fuel ratio sensor so that an output value from the oxygen concentration sensor agrees with a target output value; a learning means for learning the output characteristics of the oxygen concentration sensor; and a target value setting means for setting the target output value in accordance with a learned value for the output characteristics.</p>
