PURPOSE: A colostomy bag apparatus is provided to have an effect which enables patients whose wearing the apparatus to freely wear pants. CONSTITUTION: An colostomy bag apparatus comprises an adhesion plate bundle(1) and a bag apparatus(2) installed at the adhesion plate bundle. The adhesion plate bundle comprises an adhesion plate(11) in which an adhesive layer is formed at the back side, a perforation part(12) installed at the central part of the adhesion plate, and a bonding unit(13) installed at the circumference of surface of the perforation part. The bag apparatus comprises an outer connecting unit bundle(21) connected to a bonding unit, a belt hook(22) which is installed to be protruded from the circumference of the outer connecting unit bundle in a wing shape, and a bag(23) installed at the outside of the outer connecting unit bundle. The colostomy bag apparatus includes a cover(3) combined to the outer connecting unit bundle.
