FEED ACOMPOSITE FOR RUMINANT USING MISCANTHUS SACCHARIFLORUS VAR

PURPOSE: A ruminant feed composition using miscanthus sacchariflorus is provided to offer ruminant feed which contains large amount of water-soluble carbohydrate. CONSTITUTION: A ruminant feed composition comprises miscanthus sacchariflorus and enzyme treated miscanthus sacchariflorus. An enzyme agent of the miscanthus sacchariflorus includes activation of 1-5 U/mL of hemicellulase + 1-10 U/mL of cellulase + 1-5 U/mL of xylanase. The alkali pretreatment is processed for 1-3 hours with 1-5% of caustic soda and 5-20% or more of miscanthus sacchariflorus.
