<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body for mortar filling, a liner plate provided with the bag body, and a shaft construction method. <P>SOLUTION: A main bag body of a bag body 1 for mortar filling is installed on a back face which is the natural ground side of a liner plate 2 used for constructing a shaft and is filled with mortar. The bag body 1 for mortar filling is provided in such a manner that: the bag body 1 is provided with a main bag body, a cylindrical body for injection 7, and an attachment part 13; the main bag body is made of a fiber material having air permeability and is provided with a stitched base end part of the cylindrical body for injection 7 communicating with the inside of the main bag body; and the attachment part 13 is extended from an upper part of the main bag body and is installed between vertically adjacent liner plates 2. The bag body 1 for mortar filling is installed on the back face of the natural ground side of the liner plate 2 to make a liner plate 1B with the bag body 1 for mortar filling.
