<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor marine vessel propulsion device which suppresses a drop in propulsion efficiency and outputs a high torque. <P>SOLUTION: The marine vessel propulsion device includes a bracket, a duct 12 capable of rotating around a steering axis A1 relative to the bracket, a propeller 6 which is encircled with the duct 12 and held in the duct 12 so as to be rotated around a propeller axis A2 relative to the duct 12, and an electric motor 7 which rotates a cylindrical rim 16 encircling a plurality of vanes 15 to the duct 12, thereby rotating the propeller 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
