<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a spectacle lens by which a groove, a protrusion and the like are highly accurately worked. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a spectacle lens includes: a step of forming each surface of a concave surface, a convex surface and a side edge surface by cutting a lens 100 to be a spectacle lens; a measurement step of measuring a peripheral length and an outside form of the cut lens 100; a detection step of detecting the outside form and/or a dimension of the lens 100 while the lens 100 is held after the measurement step; and a working step of working the lens 100 with respect to the side edge surface of the lens 100. The working step is performed by setting a position in which the work of the lens 100 is performed based on the outside form and/or the dimension of the lens 100 obtained in the detection step while maintaining the held state of the lens 100 in the detection step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
