<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a shape especially a depth of a concave part of a back surface of a seat back is constrained by a spring assembly installed in a frame. <P>SOLUTION: A pad 14p is arranged surrounding frames 14f having a substantially rectangular shape being frameworks and a seat back frame and a seat pad are covered with a trim cover 14c having a front body part and a rear body part. A back board 16 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape having a concavity 16a with a substantially rectangular shape in a center part thereof of a soft resin and arranged behind the pad by being connected to terminals of cutouts formed in the trim cover corresponding to the rear body part, thereby the concavity of the back board is the concave part of the back surface of the seat back. Impact force significantly compresses the pad, acts on the back board via the pad, and bends the back board, the back board comprising the soft resin bends, elastically deforms, elastically support a seated person, and functions as an impact absorbing material, when rearward impact force acts on the seated person by rear collision or others. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
