<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device that prevents loss of engine driving force required for driving a pump of a fan, and efficiently utilizes a space on a vehicle for installing the other equipment by eliminating limitation on installation of a radiator. <P>SOLUTION: The engine 1 is cooled by circulating cooling water between the engine 1 and the radiator 4 by an electric pump 7. An electric fan 5 supplies air to the radiator 4 to dissipate heat from the cooling water. A solar panel 3 is arranged on a loading space of a truck, to supply generated electric power to the electric pump 7 and the electric fan 5 to be operated. When the generated electric power is insufficient, deficiency is compensated by electric power supplied from an electric system 15 of the vehicle.
