The present invention relates to a novel ionomer. An ionomer having an ABA triblock structure, which is characterized in that the block A is an ionic polymer block that contains a moiety of general formula (i) -(CH2-CR1(COOM1/y)- (wherein R1 represents a methyl group or a hydrogen atom, M represents a metal, NH4, an organic ammonium, or imidazolium, and y represents the valence of M ion) as a constituent unit and the block B is a nonionic polymer block that is selected from the group consisting of an olefin (co)polymer block, a vinyl (co)polymer block, a diene (co)polymer block, a polyester resin block and a polycarbonate resin block. |
