摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves generating boost pressure by a pressure wave supercharger. A fresh air suction channel, a compressed fresh air discharging channel, an exhaust gas supplying channel and an exhaust gas discharging channel are connected to the pressure wave supercharger. A cold-gas housing and a hot-gas housing are connected to the channels. The boost pressure is adjusted by a regulating circuit and/or a control circuit, which comprise a controller (6), actuators (13a-13c), a controlled system and a measuring element and provide a reference variable (1) and a disturbance variable. #CMT# : #/CMT# The boost pressure in the channels is detected as a controlled variable. The controller is designed as a classical proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for adjusting boost pressure of an internal combustion engine e.g. single-level or multi-level internal combustion engines, of a motor car. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method enables adjusting the boost pressure by the regulating circuit and/or the control circuit, which comprise the controller, the actuators, the controlled system and the measuring element and provide the reference variable and the disturbance variable, thus enabling continuous and stable controlling of the individual actuators of the pressure wave supercharger with comparable computing power with reduced regulation and/or control times. The method enables improving efficiency of the internal combustion engine, and reducing computation cost.
