A back frame (23) of a flat-panel display device (20), comprising at least a first and a second main assembly components (231, 232). One end of the first main assembly component (231) is provided with at least two assembly parts (2311, 2312), each of the assembly parts (2311, 2312) structured so as to match one end of the corresponding second main assembly component (232); the first main assembly component (231) is connected by means of the assembly parts thereof (2311, 2312) to one end of the corresponding second main assembly component (232). The back frame (23) further comprises a bracket (2380), the bracket and the main assembly components (231, 232) fastening each other. The bracket (2380) is at least provided with two sets of installation structures (2378', 2379'). Also provided are a mold for manufacturing the back frame (23) and the bracket (2380) of the flat-panel display device, a method for manufacturing the back frame (23) of a flat-panel device, and a backlight system (21). The simple structure of the back frame (23) reduces the cost of the back frame mold and economizes on materials for the back frame (23), thus reducing the production cost. The bracket (2380) is at least provided with two sets of installation structures (2378', 2379'), thereby making the bracket (2380) more universal and conserving the mold for manufacturing the bracket (2380).
