<p>Disclosed are a reallocation control method and system. A reallocation system may trigger spectrum resource reallocation, and decide, according to a service attribute, a spectrum resource reallocation policy used for controlling the reallocation system to reallocate a service, so that the reallocation system controls service reallocation accordingly. In the reallocation control technology of the present invention, by considering the busy/idle extent of the spectrum, and the service attribute in the reallocation decision process, the reallocation priority of a service with high quality of service requirements is lowered, a spectrum resource with a high idle extent is selected for the service, or even the service is only allowed to work on an authorized spectrum, thereby reducing the influence caused to the service during reallocation; therefore, service continuity can be maintained, the influence of reallocation on the quality of service is effectively reduced, and the overall performance of the reallocation system is improved.</p> |
