The invention relates to medicine, in particular to means for influencing the energetic activity of the cells in the human body, and can be used for improving health and delaying aging of the human body, for preventing age-related diseases, and for medical protection of a population exposed to the harmful effects of radiation and chemical factors of the environment; it can be used for animals for the same purpose. The novelty of the invention is that the pharmaceutical preparation is administered to a human body not more than twice a day, at any time of day, in a quantity of 5 - 10 ml of the pharmaceutical preparation, wherein the pharmaceutical preparation further comprises ingredients that function as an activator of calmodulin and an antioxidant; calcium chloride is included as the activator of calmodulin in the pharmaceutical preparation; an antioxidant from the group of SH-compounds is included as the antioxidant in the pharmaceutical preparation; dithiothreitol is included in the pharmaceutical preparation as an antioxidant from the group of SH-compounds, and the pharmaceutical composition as an aqueous solution containing oxalic acid, lithium chloride, and theophylline, additionally contains calcium chloride and dithiothreitol in the following ratio in terms of % by mass: oxalic acid: 0.25 - 4.0; lithium chloride: 0.2 - 3.1; theophylline: 0.05 - 1.1; calcium chloride: 0.2 - 3.2; dithiothreitol: 0.1 - 0.5; distilled water constitutes the remainder up to 100 % by mass.
