PURPOSE: A curved surface restoring apparatus and a curved surface restoring method are provided to restore the curved surface of an object by using a curved surface maintaining member and a pushing member. CONSTITUTION: A curved surface maintaining member(210) is located on the lower side of an object. A pushing member(250) is located on the upper side of the object and pushes the object. A frame(200) is located under the curved surface maintaining member and supports the curved surface maintaining member. A thermal processing device applies a voltage to the curved surface maintaining member. The center of the upper side of the curved surface maintaining member in contact with the lower side of the object is convex.
