PURPOSE: A photographing device and a photographing method thereof are provided to supply user convenience by conveniently supplying an optical view finder function and an electronic view finder function without components which occupies spaces. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent display unit(150) includes a first area(151). The first area is movably arranged in a main body(10) to move the first area between a protruding position protruded from the main body and an accepting position included in the main body. When the first display unit is moved to the protruding position, a control unit displays an image on the first area by overlapping the image with light by controlling the first display unit.
