<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lacquered product that can provide a stable quality without being affected by change in the temperature and the moisture of the outside air, and can shorten the working man-hour of the lacquer paint process and to provide the lacquered product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the lacquered product includes: a process to cut and clip the substrate which uses the porous resin cured product as a base material to fit to the shape of the product to be produced; a process to form the cut and clipped substrate into the shape of the product to be produced and to harden the molding substrate after molding by a wooden mold with the lacquer; a process to undercoat the substrate which is hardened by the wooden mold with the lacquer and perform undercoat grinding to the substrate that is undercoated with the lacquer; an intermediate coating process in which the undercoated substrate is recoated with the lacquer; and a decoration process to apply the lacquering on the surface of the base material that has passed the intermediate coating process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
