<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblability in assembling a sealing member to a cartridge frame body by use of an automatic machine and to achieve highly accurate assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The cartridge comprises: a cleaning blade 11a provided in contact with a photoreceptor drum 7 and used for removing waste toner on the photoreceptor drum 7; a cleaning container 13 formed from resin and supporting the cleaning blade 11a; and vertical seals 15 and 16 provided on a cleaning container 13 so as to abut on the back of a surface abutting on the photoreceptor drum 7, at both ends of the cleaning blade 11a located outside the image formation area of the photoreceptor drum 7 in the longitudinal direction thereof, and provided for sealing a gap between the cleaning blade 11a and cleaning container 13, the vertical seals 15 and 16 being molded on the cleaning container 13 by injecting resin into the gap between the cleaning container 13 and vertical sealing molds 51 and 52 abutting on the cleaning container 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
