<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inserter having an internal passage having a small crossing area, capable of identifying an arrangement posture of an ultrafine cord having a very small wire diameter, while efficiently suppressing rubbing wear of an inner wall surface of the internal passage caused by the passage of the cord. <P>SOLUTION: An inserter 1 includes an internal passage 2 guiding a delivered cord. The internal passage 2 is provided with an outlet side part 4 having a portion having a constant passage height at a front side in a cord delivery direction of an inlet side part 3 having a passage height gradually reduced to a the front side in the cord delivery direction. The inserter is constituted by combining three or more members including a distal end member 5 disposed at the front side in the cord delivery direction and provided with a through hole 5a forming the outlet side part 4 of the internal passage 2 and two passage components 6, 7 disposed at both sides in the height direction of the internal passage 2 of the distal end member 5, respectively, nipping and holding the distal end member 5 with the mutual assembly posture, partitioning and forming the inlet side part 3 of the internal passage 2, and having lower hardness than the distal end member 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
