<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate steam with higher efficiency than a steam boiler without causing environmental pollution due to exhaust gas, and to simplify a system configuration. <P>SOLUTION: This steam generation system includes: a Rankine cycle 2 formed by annularly connecting an evaporator 6 absorbing heat from heat source water 5, an expander 7, a condenser 9 dissipating heat to cooling water 8, and a circulation pump 10; a generator 3 rotated by the expander 7; a short-circuiting resistor 11 of the generator 3; and a steam generator 4 generating steam by using heat generation from the short-circuiting resistor 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
