<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine whether a radio base station has to start CoMP transmission and reception on the basis of the result of quality measurement in the CoMP transmission and reception, in a Heterogeneous network environment. <P>SOLUTION: In a mobile communication method, "X2 Setup procedure" between a radio base station eNB#1 and a radio base station eNB#2 comprises a process in which the radio base station eNB#1 transmits, to the radio base station eNB#2, "X2 Setup Request" to associate and report the PCI of the peripheral cells of the radio base station eNB#1 and a CSI-RS for quality measurement in the CoMP transmission and reception. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
