<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of calculation in detecting communication disabled area. <P>SOLUTION: A coverage hole detection device 10 comprises a reception power value acquisition unit 13, a handover point locating unit 14, a communication quality value calculation unit 15, and a coverage hole determination unit 16. The reception power value acquisition unit 13 acquires values of reception powers from peripheral base stations in a plurality of areas. The handover point locating unit 14 locates a handover point of a relay station by using the reception power. The communication quality value calculation unit 15 calculates communication quality of the peripheral base station in an area including the handover point among the plurality of areas. The coverage hole determination unit 16 determines whether it is possible to communicate with the peripheral base station with predetermined communication quality in the area including the handover point, by using the communication quality of the peripheral base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
