摘要 According to the invention, an appliance is provided for extrusion of a medical instrument that can be inserted into a human or animal body. The appliance (1) comprises a device (3) for delivery of rod-shaped bodies, an extrusion device (5) with a housing, wherein the housing has a peripheral side wall which, at an end lying to the front in the production direction, is provided with a nozzle wall having a discharge nozzle and, at the end lying to the rear in the production direction, is provided with a spindle sleeve. The space in the housing between the spindle sleeve, the side wall and the discharge nozzle delimits an extrusion space, the housing being provided, in the area of the extrusion space, with a polymer delivery device. Moreover, a cannula device is provided which extends in the production direction and is designed to take at least one rod-shaped body from the device for delivery of rod-shaped bodies and introduce it into the extrusion space in a predefined spatial arrangement, which cannula device has at least one tubular cannula with a delivery end lying to the rear in the production direction and with a discharge end lying to the front in the production direction, wherein the cannula device is arranged approximately in a straight line with the discharge nozzle and extends through the spindle sleeve in such a way that its discharge end lying in the production direction terminates at a distance from the discharge nozzle in the extrusion space.
