The present invention provides a method and a device for processing media data packets and a conference system. The method comprises: a CFS establishing a VPP channel corresponding to a conference identifier with a CPS; obtaining media data packets corresponding to conference member identifiers, obtaining a media data packet having the same contents and occurring most frequently among the obtained media data packets as a public media data packet when the media data packets corresponding to the conference member identifiers contain the media data packets having the same contents, and forwarding the public media data packet to the CPS through the VPP channel; obtaining conference member identifiers currently not reusing the VPP channel from the conference member identifiers corresponding to the public media data packet, generating RTCP reuse start commands corresponding to the conference member identifiers currently not reusing the VPP channel, and delivering the RTCP reuse start commands to the CPS so that the CPS begins to forward the public media data packet on the VPP channel to user equipments corresponding to the conference member identifiers currently not reusing the VPP channel according to the RTCP reuse start commands. |
