A second optical axis (AX2), guided by a plurality of lenses, passes through the inside of the fixed frame (600). The first shielding plate (610) has a first inner surface (610S), which is attached to the fixed frame (600), and which is exposed to the inner-side, through which the second optical axis (AX2) passes.
