A coal-fired refrigerating boiler, comprising a boiler body; the boiler body is provided with a combustion chamber (17) therein; the combustion chamber (17) is provided with an evaporation chamber (18) thereon; the boiler body is connected to a coal feeder (1) on one side, and to a flue gas heat recovery device (13) on the other side; the flue gas heat recovery device (13) is connected to a desulfurization precipitator (14); the evaporation chamber (18) is connected to a refrigeration unit (12); the evaporation chamber (18) is provided with a flue pipe (7) therein; the flue pipe (7) is immersed in a lithium bromide aqueous solution (8); the flue pipe (7) communicates with a flue chamber (19); the flue chamber (19) communicates with a flue gas channel (20) disposed at the lower part of the evaporation chamber (18); the flue gas channel (20) is provided with a flue gas outlet (11) at the top; the flue gas outlet (11) is connected to the flue gas heat recovery device (13); a steel heat transfer pipe (6) is immersed in the lithium bromide aqueous solution (8) at one end, and exposed in the flue gas channel (20) at the other end; the evaporation chamber (18) is provided with a steam-liquid separation chamber (9) at the upper part; the steam-liquid separation chamber (9) is provided with a steam outlet (10) at the top; and the steam outlet (10) is connected to the refrigeration unit (12).
